Dear Participants,
We, by ICterra Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (ICterra Information and Communication Technologies Industry and Trade Inc.). (“Company”) as the Data Controller, provide you this statement in order to clarify you on the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data you will share with us because you will be participating in Digital Health Startup Contest whose application dates are between 22.3.2021/14.5.2021 as well as your legal rights related thereto.
Strictly, please be informed that it is your responsibility, to inform and should required by the law to get the express consents of your family members and any 3rd parties should you share their information with us.

If your application requires an additional cost, you may also be charged the fee in the tariff determined by the Privacy Act Board.
